What we collect

We only collect data through two tools — Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Google Analytics 4 (GA4). Neither loads until you click “Accept” on the cookie banner. If you decline, zero tracking takes place.

Google Tag Manager (GTM)

GTM is a tag management system. It doesn't collect data by itself — it's the container that loads other tools (in our case, GA4). Think of it as a switchboard: it decides which scripts run, but doesn't read or store your information directly.

It only loads after you give consent.

Google Analytics 4 (GA4)

GA4 is our analytics tool. It tells us things like how many people visit the site, which pages they look at, and what country they're browsing from. Here's what GA4 collects:

• Page views — which pages you visit and how long you stay
• Device info — browser type, screen size, operating system
• Rough location — country and city level, not your exact address
• Referral source — how you found us (search engine, direct link, social media)
• Site interactions — clicks, scrolls, form submissions

What GA4 does not collect

GA4 does not collect your name, email address, phone number, or any personally identifiable information — unless you voluntarily submit it through our contact form.

We have IP anonymization enabled. Google truncates your IP address before storing it, so we never see your full IP.

Cookies

Cookies are small text files stored on your device. Here's exactly what we use:

If you decline cookies, only ov-cookie-consent is stored (to remember that you said no). No Google cookies are set.

Your consent and choices

When you first visit our site, a banner asks whether you accept or decline analytics cookies. No tracking runs until you choose. This is compliant with GDPR (EU) and PDPA requirements.

Who sees your data

If you submit our contact form, we receive your name, email, and message. We use this only to respond to your inquiry. We don't add you to marketing lists or share your details with anyone.
