How does it work?

The Optimus Via network is multi-dimensional and global, as we act as a connector to ensure efficiency and confidential within a trusted environment. Utilizing the network, we are able to provide confidential facilitation for strategic partnerships, business collaboration, investment, discreet service provision, and other opportunities.

Step 1: We learn more about each other

Our approach is to start by building a deep understanding of your business, history, and values. Everything is confidential and nothing is shared with the network without your expressed consent.

Together, we can discuss or identify specific needs during the introduction process, or simply get to know each other better. This process is free, without commitment or obligation. We will also sign a strict NDA in which we undertake not to disclose without your prior approval any information discussed or that you or your company(ies) are even part of the network.

Step 2: We find synergies in the network

The V-Network encompasses family businesses, multi and single family offices as well as specialized trusted service providers. We can perform specific searches if needs have already been identified. And, if you so choice, we can contact you on an opportunistic basis if we identified potential synergies arising in the network, for example: potential business partners, investors, or other opportunity which match not only your needs but also values and vision.

We always discuss with the various stakeholders in the network on a no name basis first, and never disclose any information without your consent. Trust and mutual understanding is the foundation of the V-Network and key to its success.

Step 3: We facilitate connection

Once we receive the green light from you, we formally introduce the respective parties or project. We can also provide additional coordination and execution services if needed.
